• Managing high transaction volumes including NBPOs (approx. 20–40/week), Xflows (approx. 50–90/week), and monthly balancing for 50+ suppliers
• Uploading and maintaining contracts in DocuSign and SharePoint
• Updating tariff and freight pricing and supporting Xflow tariff processing
• Performing monthly supplier balancing and distributing reconciliation reports
• Validating and maintaining supplier master data, catalogs, and SMT classifications
• Providing first-level support to internal stakeholders on PO and indirect system data issues
• Supporting end-user training on ERP best practices

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of SAP/ERP experience, with strong SAP-SRM knowledge (required)
• Food manufacturing industry experience (required)
• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise
• Experience in high-volume transactional procurement environments
• Solid understanding of procurement-to-payment processes and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for process improvement
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Handle 200-300 FedEx shipments daily (wholesale and direct-to-customer)
• Use electric pallet jack, sit-down forklift, and stand-up reach lift
• Work in a clean, dry food environment (no manufacturing - just distribution)

Must Have

• FedEx shipping experience - this is essential!

Will train on 1st shift, after training will move to 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
