What You'll Do

This role covers front-office administration, HR support, basic bookkeeping, and coordination between the corporate office and plant floor.

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle mail and shipping
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for plant leadership
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Support plant employees with basic HR requests
• Support AP/AR, including invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, and expense reports
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety training records, and certification tracking (forklift, safety training)
• Manage visitor/contractor sign-in and safety orientation paperwork
• Order PPE and office/breakroom supplies
• Enter data into the plant's ERP/MRP system

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required
• Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or Paycom, preferred
• Minimum 3 years office management or admin experience in a manufacturing or plant environment

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead a production team and oversee daily floor operations to ensure food products are made safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

• Supervise and direct production floor staff across assigned shifts
• Plan and coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and priorities
• Monitor output and ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Oversee safe operation of food production equipment including sheeting machines, ovens, and fryers
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and workplace safety policies
• Train, coach, and develop team members

Food Manufacturing company in Norcross has two openings for Ammonia Refrigeration Technicians / Mechanics

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Some weekend hours required

We're looking for skilled technicians who can handle the maintenance and operation of industrial ammonia refrigeration and related utility systems. You'll work independently to keep critical equipment running, solve problems as they come up, and respond when emergency repairs are needed.

Job Duties:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on ammonia refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues with compressors, pumps, and related systems
