Warehouse Receiver / Receiving Coordinator with ERP experience needed for manufacturing company in Tucker, GA  $22-25/hr Mon-Fri 1st Shift

Job Duties:

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries, verify materials against packing lists and purchase orders
• Inspect goods for accuracy, damage, or quality issues and report discrepancies
• Enter receiving data and update inventory records in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics D365)
• Research and process parts without barcoding
• Move materials to designated warehouse locations using established put-away procedures
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to unload, move, and store inventory
• Maintain organized warehouse with clean aisles, properly labeled racks and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation of stock variances
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate material flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years receiving/warehouse experience
• Strong ERP system knowledge required - Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience is a plus
• Ability to think critically and research parts, not just scan and move on
• Forklift certification and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Follow all safety standards
