Warehouse Manager- Food Distribution
Job Description
Food product distribution company, has an immediate need for a hands-on Warehouse Manager for their warehouse in Atlanta. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll lead by example!
What You'll Do:
- Supervise small team (2-3 full-time employees) in busy fulfillment center
- Handle large volume of FedEx shipments daily - FedEx shipping experience required
- Operate electric pallet jack, sit-down forklift, and stand-up reach truck
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Work in clean, food distribution environment
- Handle material handling and distribution center operations
What Our Client Needs:
- FedEx shipping system experience - MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Material handling experience in distribution/fulfillment environment
- Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
- Leadership skills - this is a working manager role
- Ability to work in fast-paced, small team environment
- Food industry experience preferred
Position Details:
- Direct Hire Position
- $85,000- $95,000 annual
- Excellent benefits package
