Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Shipping Coordinator with good computer shipping skills in a manufacturing environment.
$25-$30 per hour / 8:00am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri / Excellent Benefits!
What You'll Do:
- Process orders and invoices using computer systems
- Create shipping labels and track shipments through UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems
- Handle paperwork for orders and shipments
- Ship products to customers, including samples and special requests
- Use shipping software to arrange pickup and delivery with trucking companies
- Keep track of inventory in computer system and make sure orders are filled correctly
- Receive incoming shipments and update system records
- Check that all paperwork matches computer entries
- Look for ways to save money and work more efficiently
- Order packaging supplies online and work with suppliers
- Process shipping labels and tracking information
Experience Needed
- Forklift certification required
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping systems
- International shipping experience is a plus
- Well-organized with strong teamwork skills
