Shipping Clerk
Job Description
Well established, family-owned manufacturer in Tucker, GA is looking for a dependable Shipping Clerk ready to find a long-term home with a stable company!
$18/hour | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4pm, Friday 7am–3:30pm
What You'll Do
- Verify shipments against shipping orders and complete all required documentation including bills of lading with UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager
- Route, pack, label, and weigh shipments using the most economical method
- Solve carrier, routing, and scheduling issues as they arise
- Load and unload trucks using forklift and material handling equipment
What We're Looking For
- Forklift certified
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Experience with UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager
- Inventory management experience and strong organizational skills
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Solid job tenure — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with a company, not job hop
