Immediate need in Suwanee for a Proposal Manager to coordinate the quoting and contracting phase for a large manufacturer serving the energy industry

Position is Direct Hire $90,000-$110,000 annual

Job Duties:

• Writing technical design and construction proposals in a consistent and accurate form while ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Contract analysis ensuring proposals are submitted according to specifications
• Understanding of North American Union agreements to quote accurate rates
  • Supporting operations in clarifying appropriate contract commercial terms, including pricing, payment, warranty, and performance guarantees
  • Managing the bid review process and submitting documentation as required
  • Work closely with sales to educate and manage negotiation and revisions of proposal
  • Confirming of final contracts and reviewing purchase orders for approval
  • Preparing reports for distribution through Salesforce
  • Build rates and tables in order to analyze cost structures

Experience with proposal writing software such as ARIBA, Ivalua, Fieldglass, Isnea or Complyworks preferred.
