Project Manager for Commercial and Residential Building Supplier
Job Description
Fast-growing building materials supplier seeks an ambitious, customer-focused Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta. Company works with residential and commercial builders, interior designers and architects from sourcing to installs of high end products – overseeing job from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, with in scope and within budget.
$70,000- $80,000 base + bonuses per year to start. Generous car allowance and gas card included.
Position is Direct Hire and requires light travel throughout the Southeast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Construction Project Manager experience (5 years minimum)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with construction/project management software
- Experience with BuilderTrend software is a plus
- Excellent communications skills with ability to be liason with architects, builders and designers
- Comfortable determining and tracking budgets
- Managing installation teams
- Millwork experience a plus
