A fast-growing pallet racking company based in Stone Mountain is seeking a Project Manager/Sales Representative to join its team. As a vital member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
• Manage pallet racking projects from design to completion, ensuring optimal warehouse design, compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and building codes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique storage requirements and providing sound solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads, leveraging technical expertise to demonstrate the value of pallet racking systems.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the advantages and cost-effectiveness of the solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and technical accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and market developments to identify new opportunities and improve company offerings

Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management and sales, preferably within pallet racking or similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously
• Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets while ensuring proper execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD preferred
• Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events to stay abreast of developments
