Project Manager / Sales for Commercial and Residential Building Supplier
Job Description
Fast-growing building materials supplier seeks an ambitious, customer-focused Project Manager to join their team. Company works with residential and commercial builders, interior designers and architects from sourcing to installs of high end products – overseeing job from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, with in scope and within budget.
$75,000- $90,000 + bonuses per year to start. Generous car allowance and gas card included. Company offers group medical benefits and 401k with match.
Position is Direct Hire and requires light travel throughout the Florida panhandle. Candidates can live anywhere in this area-most projects are in Santa Rosa/Rosemary Beach/Panama City area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Construction Project Manager or sales experience (3 years minimum)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with construction/project management software
- Experience with BuilderTrend software is a plus
- Excellent communications skills with ability to be liason with architects, builders and designers
- Comfortable determining and tracking budgets
- Managing installation teams
- Millwork experience a plus
