Order Management and Inside Sales Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Distributor of custom manufactured components, fasteners and industrial supplies located in Norcross has an opportunity in their Inside Sales department for an assistant. This position is designed to be a stepping stone into an inside sales role and involves a unique mix of administrative duties, customer order management, purchasing and quotes as well as general sales team support. It's a great opportunity to learn the business, support the team and grow!
8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri In office
Temp to hire opportunity.
Position involves
- Tracking customer orders
- Expediting product with suppliers
- Obtaining price quotes from suppliers-high volume and variety of parts can be on one quote
- Developing quotes for sales team.
- Heavy customer and vendor contact required by phone and email
Candidates must strong customer service skills and desire to be part of a sales team. Experience in the construction or construction supply industry is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Strong math skills and attention to detail are needed.
