Experienced HR Generalist opportunity for manufacturing ccompany in Suwanee, GA. This is an excellent contract opportunity to serve as the face of HR while supporting a dynamic manufacturing team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with Friday work-from-home flexibility and runs through June 2026. Start immediately!

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary HR contact and face of HR for the employee population
• Conduct new hire orientations and manage end-to-end onboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries
• Process payroll and address payroll questions from employees
• Enter and maintain accurate employee data in Oracle EBS, ADP, and Cornerstone WFM (Workforce Management) systems
• Provide administrative support to employees on all HR-related matters including benefits administration, orientation, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Support day-to-day HR operations with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain confidential employee records and information with professionalism
• Partner with management on HR-related issues and employee relations matters

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong proficiency with HRIS data entry and system management
• ADP Payroll experience preferred
• Oracle EBS experience preferred
• Cornerstone WFM a plus!
• Experience conducting new hire orientations
• Solid understanding of benefits administration
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote)
• Available to start immediately
