Human Resources Manager- Manufacturing Environment
Job Description
Direct Hire Opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Professional with a well established International Manufacturer in Suwanee, GA
Employee Relations & Administration
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Serve as main HR contact for all employees including temporary staff
- Manage employee records, personnel files, time off, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Process bi-weekly payroll, expense reports, commissions, and bonus calculations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Partner with management team on hiring and talent strategy
- Manage full recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Work with department managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate new hire orientations and training programs
- Conduct exit interviews and handle termination processes
- Support salary planning and market competitiveness reviews
Benefits Administration
- Manage health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and PTO programs
- Handle open enrollment activities and leave of absence requests
- Administer all employee benefit programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years HR experience . Manufacturing experience preferred.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
- Experience with payroll systems, benefits administration, and recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
