Direct Hire Opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Professional with a well established International Manufacturer in Suwanee, GA

Employee Relations & Administration

• Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
• Serve as main HR contact for all employees including temporary staff
• Manage employee records, personnel files, time off, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Process bi-weekly payroll, expense reports, commissions, and bonus calculations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Partner with management team on hiring and talent strategy
• Manage full recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Work with department managers to understand staffing needs
• Coordinate new hire orientations and training programs
• Conduct exit interviews and handle termination processes
• Support salary planning and market competitiveness reviews

Benefits Administration

• Manage health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and PTO programs
• Handle open enrollment activities and leave of absence requests
• Administer all employee benefit programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years HR experience . Manufacturing experience preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
• Experience with payroll systems, benefits administration, and recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
