Office Manager
Job Description
Well established International manufacturing company with sales office located Lawrenceville is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is a sales office with 10-12 employees. Ideal canddiate will have experience working for an international company and in a smaller office where they are very hands on.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Accounting experience including A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Banking, Wire transfers, Reconciling various accounts, financial closing procedures
- Payroll experience-coordinating with payroll vendors
- Benefits Coordination including 401 administration, health insurance, profit sharing etc
- Managing employee leave and attendance
- Handling office management functions such as alarm systems, telephones, building leases, IT etc.
- Bachelor's in Accounting preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office
- Must have minimum of 7 years experience in similar role
