Established construction company in Duluth, GA seeks organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. Great work environment!
- Pay: $20-$22/hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Location: Duluth, GA (in-office position)
What You'll Do:
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Track projects and information using Excel
- Handle general office administration
What We Need:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional phone manner
