Staff Accountant- Manufacturing
Job Description
Established manufacturing company located in Atlanta / Doraville area, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team!
$65,000- $75,000 annual salary/ Direct Hire / Excellent Benefits
What You'll Handle:
- Journal Entries
- Assist with month end and year end close
- Monthly GL Reconciliations
- Cash reconciliations and tracking
- Assist with audit preparation and support
- Assist with A/P and A/R as needed
- Assist with cost accounting, variance analysis and financial reporting
- Support ERP system usage and process documentation
- Support inventory flow processes including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Assist with payroll processing as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field plus 1-5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Flexibility to support various departments as needed
