Position Summary Sales Administrator providing essential administrative support to the Sales Team and National Sales Manager at a thriving manufacturing company specializing in seasonal and specialty products. Join a company that just moved into a new Tucker facility and is entering their busy pre-holiday season! This role combines sales process knowledge, advanced CRM expertise, and data analysis to support a dynamic sales operation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Duties:

• Support complete sales cycle from lead generation to close to customer retention
• Maintain customer and product inventory databases to ensure accuracy and current records
• Compile complex sales reports using advanced Excel skills and analyze data for actionable insights
• Assign leads, update inventory reports, manage sales sample distribution, and keep team informed of campaigns
• Provide high-level customer service and direct customer support as needed
• Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, and competition to support sales strategy
• Prepare bi-weekly Sales Team meeting agendas and maintain detailed meeting notes via Teams
• Assist with scheduling trade shows including booking accommodations and managing lead data
• Help streamline sales processes in a new facility environment with evolving operations
• Use Teams for all internal communication, calls, and collaborative work

Skills Requirements

• 3-5 years sales administration or high-level customer service experience
• Complete understanding of sales procedures from lead generation to retention
• Proficient in complex Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting
• Expert with CRM software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Teams collaboration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for team and customer interaction
• Meticulous accuracy in data entry and record keeping - this is critical
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities during busy pre-holiday season
• Comfortable with Teams-based work environment for calls and daily collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with TeamGram or Zoho CRM systems
• NetSuite ERP experience
• Experience working in new/evolving facility operations
