Excellent Opportunity for experienced Quality Control Professional in a mail production environment!

$18-19 per hour / Duluth Location Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am-5:30pm

Quality Control Specialist serving as the final checkpoint before mail products are shipped. Hands-on inspection, data entry, and quality assurance ensuring accuracy and postal compliance in a dynamic mailing environment.

Job Duties:

•  Perform last inspection of mail products before shipment 
• Complete required data entry for post office pickups and tracking
•  Inspect mail pieces, inserts, and finished products for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain quality logs, track defects, complete postal forms and reports
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and USPS requirements
• Work with production team to resolve any final quality issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Right attitude, willingness to learn, listen, and follow instructions
• Stand for extended periods, visual inspection work, excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Ability to document findings and work with production teams
• Production floor experience preferred
