Batcher / Mixer for Food Manufacturing - 2nd Shift
Job Description
A well-established and growing food manufacturer opening a brand-new facility in Atlanta, GA, is seeking Mixer / Batchers to join their team. Come be part of something new and exciting! This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fresh, modern work environment!
$18.00 - $20.00/hour 2nd Shift/3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday with Friday work and overtime available!
What You'll Do As a Batcher / Mixer , you'll be responsible for assembling amd mixing dry goods for production
- Kit and assemble dry goods according to production requirements
- Read and follow batch sheets accurately
- Weigh and measure ingredients and materials to specification
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What We're Looking For
- Prior batching or mixing experience in a food manufacturing environment required
- Ability to read and interpret batch sheets
- Strong attention to detail with weighing and measuring
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
