International Inside Sales
Job Description
Fastener and industrial supplies distributor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage an assigned international territory and customer base. This role focuses on growing new and existing revenue while partnering with Outside Sales to identify opportunities and retain accounts.

What You'll Do
- Build new business through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
- Meet monthly sales targets by quoting accurately and identifying upsell opportunities on customer requests
- Manage the full order cycle from quote to close, hitting quarterly quotas
- Identify decision-makers at target accounts and collaborate with outside sales to grow the relationship
- Grow a territory-based prospect pipeline of international customers
- Open doors with new contacts at technical and purchasing roles within accounts
- Proactively manage order timelines and step in to resolve delays before they impact the customer
- Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows when scheduled
What We're Looking For
- Fastener industry experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent inside sales/customer service experience
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong phone presence and comfort multitasking under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
