Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Large well estabished food manufacturer in Tucker, GA is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position will own the full HR function for a multi-shift manufacturing site and work directly with plant leadership on retention, engagement, and compliance.
Salary range is $110,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the plant leadership and HR teams, driving both site-level and company-wide HR initiatives
- Manage HR support staff and partner with plant management on employee related issues
- Investigate employee concerns and complaints and recommend resolutions
- Coach and train leaders and provide key HR metrics to support decision-making
- Lead recruitment and onboarding to support retention and staffing goals
- Identify ways to reduce absenteeism and turnover using company data
- Communicate policies, procedures, and compliance updates to the workforce
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law
- Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, and leave of absence administration
- Administer performance review programs
- Conduct an annual equity audit and keep job descriptions current
- Manage the HR department budget
- Support the site's food safety and quality programs
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR management in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting a multi-shift production facility
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems
Preferred:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- ADP experience
