Direct Hire! Hybrid / In office 2-3 days per week $70,000-$75,000 with excellent benefits

Excellent opportunity for Human Resources Manager with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position involves implementing and managing company directives and initiatives, employee engagement and motivation, liaison between employees and management, recruiting, overseeing compliance with federal state and local laws, and administration /management of compensation plans and benefits 

Company is a mid-sized, well established manufacturing facility

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• HRIS Experience
• ADP Workforce Now a plus
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
• Willingness and ability to assist with a positive company culture and development of workforce
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus
