Ideal canddiate will have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years HR experience-specifially employee relations- in a rapidly changing, multi state, light industrial environment.  Candidates must have experience managing a variety of employee investigations.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
