HR Generalist for Manufacturing
Job Description
Established manufacturer in Lawrenceville, GA hiring an experienced Human Resources professional to manage daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
$80,000 annual salary / In Office Mon-Fri /Direct Hire!
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing environment
- ADP experience required
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing
- FMLA, STD, LTD leave administration
- Benefits open enrollment coordination
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- High integrity and confidentiality
What You'll Do:
- Lead talent acquisition and new hire onboarding
- Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees
- Manage leave of absence tracking and administration
- Conduct employee orientations and resolve workplace concerns
- Drive employee engagement strategies
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and complete HR metrics reporting
- Administer wage/salary programs, merit planning, performance reviews
