Field Supervisor - Commercial Installations

Well established and growing commercial installation company in Duluth, GA is looking for a driven Field Supervisor to join their team. What You'll Do
You'll oversee multiple commercial installation projects simultaneously across the metro Atlanta area — typically 5 to 10 active projects at a time. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on keeping your crew productive and your projects on track.
- Manage and lead a 3–6 person installation crew in the field
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure on-time completion
- Oversee material deliveries and logistics across job sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the office and field operations
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising field crews or installation teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects
- Familiarity with commercial job sites and working with contractors or property managers (preferred)
- Solid communication skills — you'll be the link between the office and the field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
