Amazing opportunity in Construction Sales for a dynamic Commercial Construction company located in Metro-Atlanta. 

Position is Direct Hire, and the territory is Metro Atlanta. Base pay $75,000- $110,000 with annual income potential of $250,000-$300,000 with commissions. Excellent company benefits including Medical, 401K  and car allowance. Position requires in office daily in Norcross area.

Construction Sales Executive Job Duties

• Develop new business relationships with large end users and property management companies.

• Educate prospective clients on company's capabilities through presentations

• Manage relationships with customers to grow business

• Develop long-term client strategies aligned to their needs

• Meet all revenue targets and business development metrics

• Oversee proposal development and contract negotiations

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and shifting markets

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

• Collaborate with leadership on marketing collateral

• Work on-site with field operations as needed

• Solicit quotes from subcontractors as needed

Construction Sales Executive Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 -5 years business development experience in a construction environment. Commercial experience a huge plus
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong presentation,  negotiation and relationship management skills
• Passion for networking and building partnerships
