Benefits Administrator
Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Benefits Administrator for a large corporate office in Norcross. Position is hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 work from home.
Position is temporary / indefinite with potential for hire
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain large volume of employee, group benefits and payroll files
- Assist with annual open enrollment including census and employee and vendor communication and reporting
- Auditing benefits and enrollment data for reporting
- 401k reconciliations, funding and auditing for reporting and accuracy of the HRIS system
- Managing ACA compliance
- Processing leave and accommodation requests
- Working a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience administering benefits in a medium-large corporate setting
- Advanced Excel proficiency including vlookups and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a large team
- Bachelor's degree
- SHRM-CP or PHR and CEBS a plus
The details:
- Location: Norcross, GA (hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Pay rate: $50,000-$60,000 annually
