Our client, a logistics company located in Norcross is seeking a high volume Accounts Payable professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and be very proficient in Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Great Plains preferred.

Position is a Direct Hire and client offers great benefits!

Monday-Friday Flexible to start between 7:00-8:00 am

Hybrid schedule  3 days in office, 2 days from home

$55,000-$60,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses available

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of vendor invoices (coding, processing, resolving issues, approvals)
• Process check and ACH payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and employees to resolve payment issues
• Handle credit card transactions (research, code, import to payables system)
• Process weekly rebate clearing and payments
• Research ACH returns
• Process employee payments from payroll requests
• Verify invoice compliance with Accounts Payable policy
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation
• Reconcile processed work and verify entries
• Audit corporate credit card payments and AP transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3-5 Accounts Payable experience in 
• High level of  proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct inaccuracies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Dynamics or Great Plains experience preferred
