Established family-oriented company based in Stone Mountain has an excellent opportunity for a General Accounting Clerk / Support Admin. This is an awesome opportunity with a great company! Position is a combination of general accounting duties and administrative support.

$18-$20 per hour

8:00-4:30 Mon- Thursday & 7:00-3:30 Friday

Job Duties:

• Communicate via phone and email with vendors and clients
• Update and maintain company database
• Prepare reports, issue checks, and make deposits
• Work with accounts receivable to resolve any account issues
• Updating ledgers, research and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with inventory and records maintenance

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures
