$20.00- $22.00
Duties
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Entering Payroll
- General clerical duties including light phone work , creating proposals and estimates and ordering office supplies
Requirements
- MS Office
- Quickbooks (Preferably Pro Edition)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Construction office experience e a plus!
