A manufacturing company located in the Stone Mountain Tucker has an immediate need for an Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper / Controller.  

Direct hire. Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in the office.

$80k-$90k annual

Position involves day to day transactional accounting for the entirety of the business as well as some Human Resources responsiblity.  This is a very hands on position and does involve supervising one employee.  This position requires you to perform the work on a daily basis.  Company is growing!

Company has excellent benefits, including a bonus program, health insurance, and a 401K contribution!  This is a medium sized manufacturing company-you are not a number here!

Job Duties

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Deposits and bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivable aging /collections management
• Inventory adjustments
• Payroll submission
• Credit card reconciliations
• Month end journal entries and adjustments
• Employee benefits administration
• Management of company insurance packages

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years accounting or bookkeeping experience in a small to medium sized manufacturing setting, advanced Excel skills,  excellent organizations skills and a strong work ethic
