Amazing opportunity for experienced Account Manager with a dynamic Commercial Construction company located in Metro-Atlanta. 

Position is Direct Hire, and the territory is Metro Atlanta. Base pay $65,000- $70,000. Excellent company benefits including Medical, 401K  and car allowance. Position requires in office daily in Norcross area.

Account Manager Responsibilties and Job Duties 

• Manage multiple accounts and projects ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
• Contribute to team revenue targets by maintaining healthy pipeline in CRM, good contractual performance and proactive thinking
• Develop proposals and contracts for project opportunities working with the Sales Executive
• Onsite customer visits as needed including verifying field measurements
• Attend industry trade events and networking opportunities
• Manage job costs, change orders and schedules
• Solicit subcontractor quotes when appropriate
• Attend project meetings, hand-off, kick-off meetings and punch walks
• Before and after photos

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with commercial rennovations or remodels an dmust have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
