Immediate openings for an experienced Quality Technician at a busy food manufacturing company on 2nd shift! 

Hours for 1pm-9:30am Mon-Fri with some weekends and OT as needed.

Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is required.   

Position involves:

• Conducting routine inspections/walk throughs ensuring GMP compliance
• Verifying batch formulas and product labels 
• Collecting and analyzing samples 
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Participate in audits
• Documentation

Good measuring skills and strong computer skills are needed.  HACCP and/or PCQI certification is a plus.
